Recommendations, scores, ratings, and "Daily Brief" content are generated by a deterministic, rules-based scoring engine and, in places, narrated by an AI layer that explains — but never determines — that engine's output. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything shown here.
2. Data Sources & Accuracy
Market prices, fundamentals, and news are sourced from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance and Finnhub) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. FinOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or score shown, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
3. AI-Generated Content
Some content (daily brief summaries, AI-paired trade reviews) is generated by a third-party large language model. AI output is narrative only — it explains the deterministic engine's numbers in plain language and is never the source of a rating, score, or position-size suggestion. AI text may still be imprecise; treat it as commentary, not fact.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Portfolio, transaction, and journal data you enter is yours; you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's data, disrupting the Service's availability, or using it to build a competing product from scraped output.
6. Service "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FinOS is not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.
